JUST BREATHE MERMAID SKETCH

I was so crazy busy with work last week and had hardly any sketch time for myself so when I did have a few minutes to myself I created this sketch, called, Just Breathe! I think it was my inner voice saying, slow down!!! I think she will make a really pretty stamp so I'm looking forward to working on her!:)

Hope you are enjoying your creative time, its SO important to give that gift to yourself everyday even if its just for a few minutes! So good for the soul!!:)

ILEANA'S CHALLENGE ENTRY

I am posting Ileana's challenge entry from our "Inspiration Challenge" at our new challenge blog. Our lovely member Ileana doesnt have a blog at the moment so I am posting her challenge here, Enjoy her "fairy in a jar" entry!!:)

"I colored the image with colored pencils, added some glitter, rhinestones and a few dots with silver paint. I put moss on the bottom to make the floor where she stands, glued some fibers on the neck of the jar and papier-macheed the lid to add texture and later sponged it with acrilic paint.

I used you Harmony Angel, she seems like floating on the clouds and I thought it could be nice to have her in a jar floating also on cotton clouds... I looked into my folder with your images and I have your sleeping angel that I could use but I love so much your B-day spite that I changed my mind and I used that instead :-) maybe my next jar will be with the sleeping angel"

PEARL THE MERMAID DIGITAL STAMP NOW AVAILABLE!

Happy Friday, all! Its been a wild weather week here in California!! Its still raining!! Its been really busy with petsitting this week, alot of wet doggies!!:)

I finally finished and listed my new mermaid stamp called, "Pearl" I really loved the sketch of her and I still think I like the sketch better thank the stamp! I think I might even frame it! Anyway, here she is, I hope you all like her, too! Hope you are getting some creative time in for yourself this weekend!!:)
