ARMCHAIR TRAVELER

Princess Oceana and I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Summer! I hope you all have wonderful plans to travel all over the country (or hopefully the world!)

I was supposed to fly to Atlanta tomorrow and go to the Red Sox Atlanta game on Saturday with my brother and sister-in-law, but cant fly due to my knee injury. SO......

I would LOVE to hear what YOU guys are doing for your summer vacations. Please share, I would so love to hear all of your adventures!

And for me, I am going to be an armchair traveller going to Venice, Florence, Rome, New Zealand, Montana, Boston and of course to Fenway Park and have wonderful adventures in my sketchbook! :)

Have fun!

Michelle :)

  1. Aww geez. Sorry to hear that you are not able to travel. Hope your knee gets better soon. Do you have a backyard that you can go and relax in? A tree to sit under and meditate? Someplace to relax and hear, feel, and see Mother Nature as she soothes you and allows your Muse to play? I wish these for you.

  2. Deb,

You are so sweet, yes, my little cozy apartment is my sanctuary every day. I have a beautiful yard filled with banana trees and bird of paradise so its a good place to heal, thank you so much for your kind wishes.

  3. SO Sorry for your knee injury and you have a great attitude for healing. We are very much alike but I ADORE your fairy work, I wish I could draw and I also am an armchair traveler but, I do it in reading great books and watching awesome videos. Also, a little in my head!

You are very talented and I admire you.
    May you heal blissfully!

I love watching travel shows and videos, too. My mom has alot of travel books at her house so I always love to look at her Ireland and Budhapest books. So much fun!

  6. Thanks for visiting my blog! When I travel it has to be driving. You see I have this little 3 lb. Yorkie monster named Fifi. If I take her on a plane I'll get kicked off! She screams and says something that sounds like "Mama". Speedy recovery to you!
